Terms of service

Acceptance

By creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Einstellen.AI platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ or have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Employers must represent a real legal entity authorized to hire.

Acceptable use

No automated scraping. No reverse engineering. No attempts to bypass auth, rate limits, proctoring, or feature gates. No discriminatory hiring practices. No impersonation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Credits and payments

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Razorpay processes payments — refer to their terms for billing-side disputes.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (resume, JD, etc.). You grant Einstellen.AI a license to process, display, and share it strictly to operate the service for you and the employers you opt in to.

AI outputs

Interview scores, match scores, and Magic OS suggestions are decision aids, not final hiring decisions. Employers are responsible for their hiring choices and for complying with applicable employment law.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Einstellen.AI's registered office. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
