What we collect

• Account: email, phone, name. Used for authentication and contact.
• Candidate profile: resume, work history, skills, certifications. Used to match you with roles.
• Interview data: voice, video, transcripts. Recorded with your explicit consent before each session. Visible to the hiring employer.
• Assessment data: answers, proctoring events (webcam frames, screen captures, browser events). Used to score and detect integrity violations.
• Usage logs: pages visited, IP, browser. Used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.

How we use it

To run the hiring process you applied to or signed up for. Specifically: profile matching, interview generation, scoring, fraud detection, and notification delivery. We never sell your data. We don't share with third-party advertisers. We share with the employer(s) you applied to. We share with our infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service (Azure for blob storage and email, Razorpay for payments, LiveKit for interview media, our self-hosted LLM for AI features).

Your rights

• Right to access. View your data anytime in your account.
• Right to correct. Edit your profile fields directly.
• Right to delete. Request account deletion via Account → Settings. We purge within 30 days across all services.
• Right to data portability. Export your data as JSON.
• Right to object. Stop us from processing your data for any purpose at any time.
